What is a Victim Liaison?

Our Victim Liaison offers confidential, trauma-informed support to help you feel safe, heard, and empowered as you begin to heal and rebuild.

Victim Liaison services may include:

Free, confidential, trauma-informed support is available for individuals impacted by crime in our community.

Many services are available regardless of whether someone has reported to law enforcement or is involved in the legal system.

As a Victim Liaison, I provide individualized support including needs triaging, safety/preparedness planning, emotional support, resource navigation, assistance with protection orders and Victim’s Compensation, and advocacy with systems such as housing, employers, and schools. I can also offer accompaniment to medical exams, law enforcement interviews, and court proceedings. Limited emergency funding may be available to support safety and basic needs related to victimization.

Support is client-centered, flexible, and guided by each person’s unique needs and goals.
