We are now accepting applications in our Rutland location for a Program Director for the Rutland County Community Justice Center located within BROC Community Action.

We are looking for someone with – a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related field – Three years’ relevant program management work experience with Restorative Justice. – An understanding of and/or experience with Restorative Justice – Experience with volunteer recruitment & management – Experience working with Department of Corrections’ programming a plus – Experience with substance abuse intervention a plus.

Make a career in the growing field of Weatherization and Energy Conservation!


We are now accepting applications in our Rutland & Bennington locations for full time Weatherization Crew. Compensation negotiable depending on experience.


Excellent Benefit Package.


Basic construction and carpentry skills – Knowledge of building science preferred – Good problem-solving skills – Will work installing various energy saving measures and materials including cellulose insulation, spray foam, ventilation ducting, exhaust fans and many other building materials – Work professionally with coworkers and clients – Knowledge of mathematics and calculations customary to building trades – The right candidate will be trained in Weatherization techniques and Building Science.
