We are now accepting applications in our Rutland & Bennington locations for full time Weatherization Crew. Compensation negotiable depending on experience.


$500 Sign On Bonus After Six Months of Satisfactory Employment & Excellent Benefit Package.


Basic construction and carpentry skills – The right candidate will be trained in Weatherization techniques and Building Science.

We have an immediate opening for office staff to provide client Application Assistance for programs that help Vermonters in need during the pandemic. Applicant should be computer literate, confident with data entry, have good people skills and phone skills.

This position is temporary, so no benefits available, but the organization likes to promote from within

so future opportunity is possible. 40 hours at $16 hour.

The Rutland County Community Justice Center has options available!

 

-Work with community members as they navigate re-acclimating to community living after incarceration

 

-Help families in crisis through our Supervised Visitation and Monitored Exchange Programs


-Advocate for harmed parties with our Victim Liaison in our Voices and Choices Program

Training is provided for whichever option you choose!

When you partner with BROC Community Action as a volunteer,

you not only reap the intrinsic rewards of knowing you are helping your

neighbors, we also host volunteer appreciation gatherings throughout the year as well. 

These gatherings offer time to get to know one another and give and receive feedback on the work we are doing.
