Crisis Fuel Specialists – Rutland


BROC Community Action has an immediate opening for full-time Crisis Fuel Specialists

to provide fuel and utility services at our Rutland office.

This is a temporary, direct service position helping lower income clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to, performing intakes, determining eligibility based on program guidelines, data entry, working with fuel & utility companies and maintaining records.

Applicants will be expected to learn program rules quickly.

 

This position is 40 hours per week, M-F. $18.00/ hr and eligible for some benefits. 

Background check required.

This position is expected to last through April 2025

-Work with community members as they navigate re-acclimating to community living after incarceration

 

-Help families in crisis through our Supervised Visitation and Monitored Exchange Programs


-Advocate for harmed parties with our Victim Liaison in our Voices and Choices Program
